Billing & Pricing

On this page you can find information on how to manage your billing details, payment source, subscription and invoices on CrabNebula Cloud. Additionally, you can find details on our pricing and the trial period.

Until the trial period is over, you do not need to enter any payment details.

Pricing

Details on the different subscription plans and a dynamic pricing calculator can be found on the CrabNebula website. If you have any questions or need a custom plan, please contact us.

Trial

To fully test out CrabNebula Cloud we offer a 2 week free trial. The trial period starts as soon as you create your first organization. Should you choose to subscribe to a plan, you will be charged at the end of the trial period.

What happens after the trial?

After the trial period is over, you will be asked to subscribe. If you do not subscribe, your organization will transfer to a read-only state. This means you will not be able to create new applications, releases and API keys. Additionally, the updater functionality will be disabled and your end users will not be able to update or download the application.

You will still be able to access all your organization data and delete it if you wish to do so.

Billing

When you first access the billing page, you will be presented with a pricing calculator, which allows you to estimate the costs of your CrabNebula Cloud usage based on your expected usage. Here you can select the amount of storage and downloads you expect to use and the calculator will show you the estimated costs.

Hitting Subscribe will take you to the next page page where you can enter your billing details, payment source and subscribe to a plan.

Billing Details

Here you will have to enter your Billing Details first. Make sure to populate at least all mandatory fields before saving them by hitting Update.

If you need to change your billing details at a later point, you can do so at any time by clicking on Edit address.

Payment Source

Only after you have entered your billing details, you can proceed to provide your payment source.

Currently it is only possible to pay for our services via credit card. We support the following card issuers:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

Once you have entered your credit card details and hit Save credit card, you might have to complete a 3-D Secure verification process depending on your card issuer to confirm your credit card.

Should you need to change your payment source, just select Edit payment source next to the already existing card particulars.

Subscription

In the last step and after you have entered your payment source, you can proceed to subscribe to CrabNebula Cloud.

You will be presented with an overview of your subscription and its price.

After checking the subscription details, hit Confirm to subscribe to the selected plan.

You will now be displayed your subscription details including your plan, its status and the next billing date.

Additionally, you can see current usage statistics for your plan. This includes the amount of storage and downloads you have used so far in the current billing period.

Cancel Subscription

If you are subscribed, you can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on Cancel plan.

Should you want to resubscribe, you can do so at any time by clicking on Reactivate plan and your billing cycle will continue normally.

Invoices

At the bottom of the billing page, you will find a list of all your invoices including their date, ID, payment status and amount. You can download them as PDF by clicking on the button next to each invoice.
